# Flow Suites & Test Pipelines

> Group workflows into sequential or parallel regression suites with deterministic stop-on-failure controls.

A **Flow Suite** orchestrates multiple saved workflows into automated testing pipelines for smoke tests, sanity checks, and continuous integration (CI/CD) regression runs.

***

## 1. Creating & Configuring Suites

1. In the sidebar under the **Suites** section, click **`+ New Suite`**.
2. Configure suite parameters:
   * **Name & Description**: e.g. `Nightly Payment Gateway Smoke Suite`.
   * **Execution Mode**:
     * **Sequential**: Executes flows one by one in the specified pipeline sequence. Recommended when downstream flows depend on state created by upstream flows.
     * **Parallel**: Executes independent flows concurrently to minimize pipeline execution times.
   * **Stop on Failure**: If enabled, halts execution immediately upon the first flow failure.

***

## 2. Drag-and-Drop Pipeline Reordering

Quixa provides intuitive visual controls to reorder execution steps:

* **Suite Flow Reordering**: Expand any Suite card in the sidebar to view the flow rows (`1, 2, 3...`). Drag any flow row up or down; a blue visual indicator line projects the drop target position.
* **Direct Flow-into-Suite Dragging**: Drag any flow directly from the **Flows** tree onto a Suite card or between existing suite steps to instantly insert it into the pipeline.
* **Suite Card Reordering**: Drag suite cards themselves to order high-priority regression suites at the top of your workspace.

## 3. Suite Execution Results & Analytics

Clicking **`Run Suite`** launches the execution pipeline and opens the **Suite Results Viewer**:

* **Pass / Fail KPI Cards**: Immediate summary of total flows, passed flows, failed flows, and total pipeline duration.
* **Flow Timeline & Per-Flow Breakdown**: Expand any flow in the suite to inspect its individual node traces, response status codes, and latency breakdowns.
* **Exportable Audit Report**: Export suite run artifacts as JSON or JUnit XML for integration with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
